Welcome to Consultation Calls & Coaching

You may know me as Scientific Snitch, but please feel free to call me Ella. I assist my partner, Jackson, with coaching clients. For qualifications, I've competed in Taekwondo and Powerlifting, and I've been coaching individuals for over two years now. Additionally, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Applied Exercise Science from the University of Michigan, and I am currently a Master's Student in Physiology. Of course, for official reasons, my coaching is not affiliated with any University. My coaching capabilities stem from my higher-level education in physiology and my experience helping clients achieve their fitness goals.

As a busy Master's student, I assist my partner with current clients and provide seven hours of consultation calls each week on Saturdays and Sundays. Consultation calls are charged at a rate of $1 per minute, so a thirty-minute call is $30. I also use consultations to seek out potential clients. If I cannot provide enough information within a 30- to 60-minute timeframe, or if I notice that you are a returning caller, I will likely review the details of coaching.

If you recognize that your current struggles with achieving your fitness goals are too significant for you to handle on your own, please don't hesitate to let me know. I will address your most urgent concern about your fitness journey, and then I will proceed to review details about coaching. You get less bang for your buck with multiple consultation calls, so I aim to limit repeat callers. 

How Consultations Work

1. Fill out this coaching application so I can get to know some basics about you before we begin our call. Please fill this out – I don't want to waste your time and money by asking basic questions when we could be discussing more pressing issues related to your current progress in the gym or with your diet.

PLEASE NOTE that my consultation call rates are as follows: 60-minute calls are $60, and 30-minute calls are $30. You will be required to pay this amount upfront before we begin the consultation.
